Every year, in step with its continuing development, DLM offers a range of recruitment opportunities to juniors, seniors and experts.

Through such recruitment drives, DLM hopes to attract specialized skills and talents capable of keeping pace with its development and of taking initiative.

All newly recruited employees undergo an integration program fully acquainting them with DLM’s activities, organization and strategy. The program comprises a series of induction meetings with department managers and the new recruit’s main in-house contacts, along with visits to the company’s various production sites.

Convinced that its own development is inextricably linked to that of its personnel, DLM assesses and supports its colleagues throughout their careers.

Individual appraisal interviews are held on a yearly basis, with a view to:

  • Fixing objectives for the coming year,
  • Evaluating how successfully objectives have been achieved over the past year,
  • Assessing vocational skills and qualities,
  • Listening to its employees’ hopes with regard to their professional advancement – mobility, training, development, etc.

Such assessments form the basis of career management of all DLM employees, and enable the company to propose fresh development opportunities.
